1. Invitation requests

Submitting an invitation request does not confirm admission or a reservation. Fedora will contact selected guests directly.

2. Reservation requests

Submitting a table request does not confirm a reservation. A table is confirmed only when Fedora sends you a confirmation email. Requests are subject to availability, and requested seating or special arrangements are not guaranteed. Walk-ins remain welcome. To change or cancel a confirmed reservation, reply to the confirmation email or contact [email protected].

3. Conduct

Guests must treat staff and other guests with respect. Intoxication, harassment, violence, theft, drug possession, or photography without consent may result in immediate removal and refusal of future service.

4. Age

You must be at least 21 years old to enter. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the door.

5. Events and private events

Buyouts require advance notice, a signed event agreement, and a deposit to confirm. Specific terms are negotiated per event.

6. Recurring plans

Fedora does not currently accept new recurring plan enrollment or one-time enrollment charges through this website. Any earlier written arrangement remains governed by its own terms. Questions about an earlier arrangement may be sent to [email protected].

7. Liability

Fedora is not liable for lost or stolen personal property. Use of the premises is at your own risk. You release Fedora, its officers, and staff from claims arising from voluntary use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by Texas law.

8. Compliance

Fedora operates under Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations. Guests agree to comply with all posted house rules and applicable law.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page.
